ASC Circular 2024-001 – ASC Operations on February 9 Special Non-Working Day
Per Proclamation No. 453, s. 2024, February 9 (Friday) has been declared a special non-working day throughout the country in celebration of Chinese New Year. As such, the ASC will be observing the following schedules in accepting regular and special S1 and S2 applications via the online system:

| FEB 8 (THURS) | Last day of ASC Operations | • Will accept and process Regular and Special S1 Screening and/or S2 Clearing Applications (until 11AM of Feb 8 only) • Will respond to email queries and clarifications (8AM – 5PM only) | Special S1 Screening/S2 Clearing • Results will be released same day Feb 8 (Thurs) if proof of payment is uploaded on or before 3PM of Feb 8. • If proof of payment is uploaded after 3PM of Feb 8, results will be released the following day Feb 9 (Fri), 7AM – 9AM. Regular S1 Screening/S2 Clearing • Results will be released the following day Feb 9 (Fri), 7AM – 9AM if proof of payment is uploaded on or before 3PM of Feb 8. • If proof of payment is uploaded after 3PM of Feb 8, results will be released on Feb 13 (Tues), 7AM – 9AM. |
