Filing an appeal on a disapproved ad application decision is possible.
Send your appeal to inquiry@asc.com.ph copy furnishing the Adcontent and Operations Manager (robbie.aligada@asc.com.ph) and Compliance Manager (erwin.furagganan@asc.com.ph), state the details of the appeal and explain why the decision has to be changed.
If you further wish to appeal an ASC Appeal Panel is convened. This Appeal Panel acts as a Screening Panel and has the prerogative issues or question claims, copy, visual or elements in the material aside from the comments being appealed by the Advertiser or Ad Agency.

The fee covers additional operational process in reviewing and assessing your case.
NOTE:
Submission of additional support documents and revisions to the material previously reviewed by the Professional Screener shall not be allowed as it warrants a new application.
STEP 1
Understanding the Cause of Disapproval
Most of the time, disapproval of application is cause by violation of the code and submitted supported documents are insufficient. It is best to review the comments stated in the decision form, so that you may be able to present your appeal in the best possible manner.

Preparing the appeal fees
The Appeal process will only commence upon payment of the appeal fee. You may send your payment through our Online Bank details here. STEP 4
Change to Scheduling and Panel Appeal Proper
Once received, the Panel appeal will be scheduled within 7 work days from received of payment.
Appeal fee will not be refunded even if appellant withdraws or cancels before the set date.
STEP 5
Release of decision
After hearing the appeal, wait for the release decision within 3 work days.
