Refund process for PLDT’s Last Home Stand Basketball Event

If you purchased your The Last Home Stand ticket from Ticketnet, please proceed to the Ticketnet Box Office located at the Yellow Gate, Smart-Araneta Coliseum, starting July 24 onwards, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Please surrender your physical ticket and provide your name to immediately claim your cash refund.

If you purchased your The Last Home Stand ticket from Ticketnet Online (www.ticketnet.com.ph), you do not need to go to the Smart-Araneta Coliseum for your refund. Your online payment will be reversed on your credit card.
