ASC Circular 2020-022 – Resumption of Mandatory Pre-Screening for Broadcast (TV/Radio) Materials

The ASC Board of Directors has agreed that effective Wednesday, 11 November 2020, mandatory pre-screening by ASC of broadcast (TV/radio) materials will be resumed and required.

In line with this, ALL tv/radio materials for ALL product/service categories, with or without claims, need to be pre-cleared with the ASC. KBP member stations will once again be requiring the ASC Clearance to Air prior to airing of your materials.
