ASC Circular 2020-006 – Promissory Notes During Extended Enhanced Community Quarantine

With the government’s announcement of an extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in Luzon until 30 April 2020, the ASC is pegging a new payment deadline of 15 May 2020 for all S1 applications to be filed starting Monday, 13 April 2020.

All applications filed from 17 March 2020 to 3 April 2020 should settle their payables on or before 30 April 2020 as stated in your promissory note.
