ASC Circular 2018-002 – Use of the Qualifier “vs previous formulation”

Please be informed of the latest advisory from the ASC Technical Committee:

The qualifier “vs previous formulation” in comparative claims will only be valid for one (1) year from the time the product’s re-formulation was introduced in the market.

This will be effective to all applications submitted starting Monday, 19 February 2018.
