ASC Circular 2026-011–Launch of the ASC Virtual/Online Presentation Feature in the Ad Standards Council (ASC) Portal

In line with ASC’s continuing efforts to enhance efficiency and provide greater flexibility in the processing of advertising materials, the ASC is pleased to announce the launch of the Virtual / Online Presentation feature in the ASC Portal effective 06 July 2026.

The Virtual / Online Presentation feature shall be available exclusively to member companies of ASC Member Organizations and shall allow these members to schedule presentation appointments remotely through the ASC Portal and conduct actual presentation of their applications to a Professional Screener, via the Google Meet platform.

Please be guided by the following:

1. Eligibility

Access to the Virtual / Online Presentation feature shall be limited to duly registered member companies of any of the seven ASC Member Organizations.

2. Booking of Presentation Appointments

Presentation appointments shall be booked through the ASC Portal, subject to slot availability.

3. Earliest Available Presentation Date

The earliest available presentation schedule shall be, at least, one (1) business day following the successful booking of an appointment through the ASC Portal, subject to

the availability of presentation slots.

4. Availability of Slots

Presentation schedules shall remain subject to availability and confirmation by the ASC.

5. Virtual Meeting Platform

Virtual / Online Presentations shall be conducted via the Google Meet platform. Member organizations are advised to ensure that their respective representatives have the necessary access, equipment, and internet connectivity to participate in the scheduled presentations.

To facilitate the effective adoption and use of this new feature, the ASC is conducting a continuing series of orientation and training sessions on the access and utilization of the Virtual / Online Presentation feature. The schedule of these sessions may be obtained through your respective organization secretariats.

The ASC strongly encourages all member organizations to take full advantage of these training sessions and ensure the participation of their relevant personnel.
