ASC Circular 2026-004–ASC Operations on March 20 (Eid’l Fitr)

In line with the observance of Eid’l Fitr (Friday, March 20) as declared under Proclamation No. 1189, the ASC will be observing the following schedules in accepting regular and special S1 and S2 applications via the online system:

| MAR 19 (THU) | ASC Operations 7AM – 5PM only | • Will accept and process Regular and Special S1 Screening and/or S2 Clearing Applications (until 11AM of March 19 only) • Will respond to email queries and clarifications (8AM – 5PM only) | Special S1 Screening/S2 Clearing • Results will be released same day March 19 (Thu) if proof of payment is uploaded on or before 3PM of March 19. • If proof of payment is uploaded after 3PM of March 19, results will be released the following day March 20 (Fri), 7AM – 9AM. Regular S1 Screening/S2 Clearing • Results will be released the following day March 20 (Fri), 7AM – 9AM if proof of payment is uploaded on or before 3PM of March 19. • If proof of payment is uploaded after 3PM of March 19, results will be released on March 24 (Tue), 7AM – 9AM. |
| MAR 20 (FRI) | Eid’l Fitr | NO REGULAR OPERATIONS. NO SPECIAL SCREENING OR CLEARING WILL BE ACCOMMODATED. Email queries and clarifications sent will be responded to on Mon, March 23 (8AM – 5PM only) | Online application system will be open to receive applications, but processing, even for special applications, will resume on Mon, March 23 at 7AM. |
| MAR 21 (SAT) | Saturday 7AM-9AM only | SPECIAL S2 CLEARING ONLY | Formal email request for a Saturday Special S2 Clearing should be submitted to inquiry@asc.com.ph, copy robbie.aligada@asc.com.ph, inquiry@asc.com.ph erwin.furagganan@asc.com.ph, and jessica.saria@asc.com.ph no later than 3PM of Thursday, March 19. FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE. NOTE: Emails received on this day will be responded to on Monday, March 23. |
