ASC Circular 2026-002–ASC Operations on February 17 Non-Working Day

Per Proclamation No. 1006, February 17 (Tuesday) has been declared a special non-working day throughout the country in celebration of Chinese New Year. As such, the ASC will be
observing the following schedules in accepting regular and special S1 and S2 applications via the online system:

| FEB 16 (MON) | ASC Operations 7AM-5PM Only | • Will accept and process Regular and Special S1 Screening and/or S2 Clearing Applications (until 11AM of Feb 16 only) • Will respond to email queries and clarifications (8AM – 5PM only) | Special S1 Screening/S2 Clearing • Results will be released same day Feb 16 (Mon) if proof of payment is uploaded on or before 3PM of Feb 16. • If proof of payment is uploaded after 3PM of Feb 16, results will be released the following day Feb 17 (Tue), 7AM – 9AM. Regular S1 Screening/S2 Clearing • Results will be released the following day Feb 17 (Tue), 7AM – 9AM if proof of payment is uploaded on or before 3PM of Feb 16. • If proof of payment is uploaded after 3PM of Feb 16, results will be released on Feb 19 (Thu), 7AM – 9AM. |
