ASC Circular 2023-001 – ASC Operations on Edsa People Power Revolution Anniversary (Holiday)

Per Proclamation No. 167 2023, 24 February, Friday, has been declared as special non-working day throughout the country in observance of the EDSA People Power Revolution Anniversary.

As such, there will be no ASC operations tomorrow, Friday, 24 February 2023.

Decisions of all S1 and S2 applications filed today, 23 February, will be released tomorrow between 7AM to 9AM.

The ASC will not be accepting Regular and Special S1/S2 applications on Friday, 24 February, as well as, Special S2 Clearing on Saturday, 25 February 2023.

Acceptance of S1/S2 applications will resume on Monday, 27 February 2023 at 7AM.
